We understand that plans may change, and while we are committed to assisting you, certain costs are incurred once bookings are confirmed. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"845\">By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"850\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"886\">1. Cancellation by the Traveler<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"929\">For Group Tours and Fixed Departures:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1495\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1127\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1127\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"970\">30 days or more<\/strong> before the departure date:<br data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1000\">\u2794 Eligible for a <strong data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1033\">90% refund<\/strong> of the total booking amount (after deducting any non-refundable transaction\/booking charges).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1258\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1258\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1166\">15 to 29 days<\/strong> before the departure date:<br data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1196\">\u2794 Eligible for a <strong data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1229\">50% refund<\/strong> of the total booking amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1388\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1388\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1296\">7 to 14 days<\/strong> before the departure date:<br data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1326\">\u2794 Eligible for a <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1359\">25% refund<\/strong> of the total booking amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1495\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1495\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1430\">less than 7 days<\/strong> before the departure date:<br data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1460\">\u2794 <strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1477\">No refund<\/strong> will be provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1543\">For Customized Tours and Private Bookings:<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1803\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1663\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1663\">Cancellation terms will be specified individually based on the itinerary, accommodation, transport, and vendor terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1803\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1803\">Some advance payments (such as hotel bookings, transportation, permits) may be <strong data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1763\">non-refundable<\/strong>, irrespective of the cancellation date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1808\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1846\">2. Cancellation by The Navigators<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"2305\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"2200\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"2048\">In the unlikely event that <strong data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1895\">The Navigators<\/strong> cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, minimum group size not met, or other force majeure events):<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2200\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2099\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2099\">Travelers will be offered a <strong data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2096\">full refund<\/strong> OR<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2200\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2200\">An option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another available trip without extra charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2305\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2305\">No other compensation (such as airfare cancellation charges or other indirect costs) will be provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2310\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2344\">3. No Show or Early Departure<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2533\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2533\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2533\">No refund will be provided if a traveler fails to join the trip, leaves voluntarily during the trip, or is forced to leave due to violation of rules (misconduct, unsafe behavior, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2538\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2577\">4. Refund for Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2847\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2579\" data-end=\"2847\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2847\">Some services (flight bookings, train tickets, adventure activities, visa fees, insurance, etc.) booked through third-party providers may have separate cancellation rules. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the policies of the respective third-party vendors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2849\" data-end=\"2852\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2874\">5. Refund Process<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"3088\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"2962\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2962\">Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment if applicable, within <strong data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2949\">10\u201315 working days<\/strong> of approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3088\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2965\" data-end=\"3088\">Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment after deducting any applicable transaction, bank, or service fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3093\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3122\">6. Special Circumstances<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3124\" data-end=\"3430\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3124\" data-end=\"3286\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3286\">In case of <strong data-start=\"3137\" data-end=\"3160\">medical emergencies<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"3164\" data-end=\"3193\">extenuating circumstances<\/strong>, we may, at our discretion, offer a travel credit for future bookings (valid for 12 months).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3430\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3430\">Such requests must be supported with valid documentation and sent to [<a rel=\"noopener\">support@thenavigators.in<\/a>] within <strong data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3402\">7 days<\/strong> of the scheduled trip date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3432\" data-end=\"3435\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3437\" data-end=\"3458\">7. Important Notes<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3806\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3655\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3462\" data-end=\"3655\">Adventure activities and travel involve risks. We recommend that travelers purchase <strong data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3580\">comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong> covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3806\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3806\">Date changes or amendments are treated as cancellations and re-bookings, and cancellation fees apply accordingly unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3808\" data-end=\"3811\">\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3813\" data-end=\"3829\">8.
